Abstract：
党的二十大明确指出，人才是第一资源，实施就业优先战略，强化就业优先政策，健全就业促进机制，促进高质量充分就业。高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源，是促进就业的重要群体。本文基于以往学者相关理论，通过文献研究法、理论分析法和归纳总结法等研究方法，以提高校友“云端”微讲堂在社会的生存能力，改善大学生就业难现状，提高国家就业率，推动社会更好的发展。
