    “减负”是“双减”的表象,实质却是“提质增效”,本文以西南大学版“小数的意义”教学为例,探讨如何在认真研读课程标准,仔细钻研教材的基础上制定精准的教学目标,聚集知识本质,精设教学活动,精简教学环节,做到删繁而简,呈现简约教学,以简促增,实现从减负到提质的转型。
