    在当今社会，随着教育改革的不断深入，学生的心理健康教育日益受到重视。作为小学班主任，肩负着培养学生全面发展的重任，其中，心理健康教育无疑是不可或缺的一环。小学阶段是个体心理发展的关键时期，班主任既是学生学业上的引导者，更是他们心灵成长的守护者。因此，将心理健康教育融入日常教育工作中，对于塑造学生健全的人格、促进他们身心健康发展具有深远的意义。
