    Abstract：

    小学英语课程是英语教育的基础阶段，是培养学生核心素养的重要环节。在新课改的背景下，小学英语教学应以学生发展为本，注重培养学生核心素养能力，促进学生的全面发展。本文结合小学英语核心素养的内容及意义，分析了小学英语教学中核心素养的培养现状，然后提出了核心素养下的小学英语教学优化策略。
