    Abstract：

    在全民阅读的趋势下，公共图书馆对儿童阅读服务越来越重视了。县级公共图书馆虽在开展儿童阅读工作条件不及上级公共图书馆，但也需着力开展儿童阅读工作，完善条件，考虑儿童身心特点，量身为其打造人性化阅读服务，为本区域群众儿童提供方便快捷有效的阅读服务。本文从县级公共图书馆开展儿童阅读的必要性、指导性原则、可行性模式、推广发展趋势四个方面，论述了县级公共图书馆儿童阅读的开展与推广工作。着重探讨县级公共图书馆对儿童阅读服务的介入、开展、引领的服务专业化、合作社会化等发展趋势。
