Abstract：

在人力资源管理中合理运用大数据技术，既能够起到优化人力资源管理流程的效果，又可以使电力企业的招聘与管理工作朝着标准化方向发展，以此规范人力资源管理工作，优化管理工作的各环节。此外，工作人员可以通过大数据提升信息数据收集的精准性，保障人力资源考核环节的公平性。还可以避免员工考核时受到多样性因素影响。
