Abstract：
在高职院校现代化发展过程中，为了提高育人水平，为学生创建良好的学习和生活环境，学生管理较为重要，不仅可以规范学生的各项行为，还有助于培养学生的综合学习能力，凸显高职院校现代化的办学思路。因此高职院校需要引起足够的重视，迎合新时代的发展需求，调整原有的学生管理模式，突出现代化的工作思维，以此来保证学生管理工作的科学进行。
