    Abstract：

    随着电力系统的不断发展，智能电网技术的应用成为解决电力领域诸多挑战的关键。本文以电力技术及电力系统规划为背景，针对电力系统的复杂性和需求多样性，以智能电网为研究对象，提出构建智能电网信息模型、实现数据库更新的自动化、实现智能化管理电力系统、系统交互组件和高速双向通信技术的应用等具体应用措施。通过这些研究成果，本文旨在为电力系统规划和技术发展提供参考，促进电力行业向更智能、高效的方向迈进。
