Abstract：
从现阶段经济发展上来看，饲料企业在运转当中，如果想要避免被市场经济所淘汰，则需要在强化自身核心竞争能力的基础上，去强化内部成本管控效果，站在价值链的应用角度上去优化成本管理效益，进一步促使饲料企业能够实现成本的有效管控，规避资源浪费问题的出现。而价值链本身属于企业在运转过程当中的重要组成部分，如果能够发挥出价值链在其中的作用，则可以从根源上去解决饲料生产当中存在的浪费问题，提高饲料企业在市场竞争当中的优势。
