    文章分析了当前国内高职院校在校学历留学生培养的基本情况，通过调研的数据，进一步明确高职院校发展来华留学生学历教育的过程中存在的困难与问题，提出立足职教特色构建“聚焦技能，灵活多元”的来华留学生学历教育人才培养模式。
