Abstract：
在新时代背景下，高职院校的体育教育必须与整体教育体系深度融合，才能更有效地发挥其应有的作用。因此，我们需要明确高职院校体育教育改革的核心要点和所面临的挑战。在此基础上，我们需要重新构建课程教学目标，对课程内容和教学方法进行创新，并实施相应的保障措施，以确保体育教育在职业教育改革中发挥更大的作用。
