Abstract：
随着信息化时代的深入发展，国网人力资源管理面临着日益复杂的挑战。为解决人才引进、绩效评价、激励机制等问题，本文以国网为例，通过对人力资源管理体系进行深入研究，提出了加强人才引进和培养、完善绩效评价机制、强化激励机制、加强员工关系管理、推动组织文化建设、加强人力资源信息化建设等优化建议。本文的研究成果旨在为相关人员提供参考，以促进国网人力资源管理体系的更高效运作。
