Abstract：
绿色建筑施工理念不断地践行落实，提高了我国建筑行业的发展水平。房建施工技术与绿色建筑的结合，保障了房建施工的质量。本文分析了当前房建施工技术以及绿色建筑的应用现状，在此基础之上提出了科学选择绿色施工材料、提高资源优化配置水平、采用基坑降水回收技术、应用自流密实混凝土施工技术、引入墙体保温隔热技术、合理控制粉尘噪声废气、应用太阳能技术等建议，希望可以为相关研究提供参考。
