    Abstract：

    为了提高房建工程中的设备管理水平，切实提高机械设备的使用率，本文对房建工程设备管理的重要性进行分析，详细阐述了房建工程施工中设备管理存在的问题，包括设备管理重视度不足、操作人员专业性不强、缺乏完善的责任制度等方面。之后提出房建工程施工中的设备管理策略，通过抓好设备基础管理、设备配置管理、设备使用管理以及设备维护管理，从多方面入手维护设备使用安全，借助针对性的管理措施，保障房建施工的顺利开展。
