文章分析了应用型本科大学与研究型本科大学在创新创业教育方面的差异性和存在的短板，以河北环境工程学院为例，针对应用型本科大学目前在创新创业教师指导团队和学生团队组建过程中存在的问题提出组建“一体两翼”师生双边团队。
