    Abstract：

    随着酒店业的不断发展，对于酒店服务礼仪的要求也越来越高。本文旨在探究酒店服务礼仪操对于提升学生岗位职业素养的路径，并提出相应的建议和措施。通过课堂教学改革实践研究，创编酒店服务礼仪操可以帮助学生提高职业素养，增强服务意识和沟通能力，从而更好地适应酒店行业的需求。因此，应该重视酒店服务礼仪操的培训和推广，促进学生服务能力的提升。
