    在国家经济和电网快速发展的大背景下，开展高电压电气试验技术的研究，对于提升电力系统的服务水平、提升电力系统的运行效率、加快电力系统的现代化建设具有重要的现实意义。因此，有必要对其进行必要的高电压电气试验，并对其重要程度进行研究，以期在高电压电能试验的作用下，最大限度地提高电网设备的性能，确保电网的稳定运行。
