公共图书馆是提供文化服务、公益服务的重要场所，对提升国民文化素质、道德修养有着关键性作用，亦在社会主义精神文明建设中发挥着重要的价值。随着时代的发展，科学技术日新月异，国民认知水平亦在不断提升，对公共图书馆的需求、要求也在提高。面对新时代的考验与挑战，公共图书馆需进行服务转型，以满足国民文化需求、社会发展需要。本文将剖析公共图书馆服务现状，并探讨其服务转型的路径选择，同时结合相关实践与研究，提出具体的实施策略，以供业内同仁参考。
