Abstract：
国有企业是国民经济的重要支柱，而纪检干部则是国有企业的重要组成部分，承担着维护党的纪律、促进企业发展等重要职责。然而，当前一些国有企业中存在纪检干部监督不力、管理不规范等问题，严重影响国有企业的健康发展，加强纪检干部监督工作已成为国有企业发展的必然要求。本文分析我国现阶段国有企业纪检干部自身建设时存在的问题，并针对这些问题给出一定的指导性意见，希望能够为国有企业改进纪检干部监督工作提供参考。
