    传统的作业功能被定位成知识的巩固和技能的强化，丧失了作业应为学生培养多种能力的发展性功能。新课标要求作业对学生化学学科核心素养有诊断和发展的功能。“双减”政策背景下，教师要减轻学生化学作业的负担，保证化学课堂教学的质量，以培养学生的化学学科核心素养，促进学生身心健康成长，使教育回归本真。
