Abstract：
公共图书馆向公众提供公共文化服务的过程中，志愿者发挥着不可替代的作用。公共图书馆对志愿者团队的管理模式，也影响着志愿服务效益能否有效实现。本文通过阐述公共图书馆志愿者团队管理模式的现状，从而对公共图书馆志愿服务效益实现的可持续发展上做出进一步的分析和思考。
