智能时代师范生教学技能要素的构建研究

Abstract：
教学技能是随着时代特点、社会需求动态变化。围绕智能时代教育教学的新需求和师范生培养的实际构建出新的教学技能要素具有重要意义，避免完成教学工作需要的技能与师范生当下学习掌握的技能截然不同的情况。本研究通过探索性因子分析，归纳出包括：德育实施技能、创新发展技能、智慧教学技能、艺体技能、基础技能5个维度共32个要素组成的智能时代师范生教学技能模型，同时采用验证性因子分析科学验证了该技能结构组成要素的合理性并对五个主要因子进行了意涵阐释。
