Abstract：
如今我国教育体制逐渐地完善并发展，初中音乐教师不但要注重音乐技巧的讲解，还要帮助学生接受良好的艺术熏陶，提升个人的音乐理解感悟能力和艺术素养水平。因此，本文从当前初中音乐教学中存在的问题入手，提出多元化的教学方式来开展初中音乐学科的教学工作，保障音乐教学的质量。
