    Abstract：

    供电所规范化管理对于提高供电所工作效率、保障供电所安全生产、提升供电服务质量具有重要意义。然而，在实际管理中，供电所规范化管理存在组织结构不合理、业务流程不规范、员工素质不高以及电力管理不到位等问题。针对这些问题，提出了通过提高员工素质、定期检查电工设备、增强安全意识和重视风险防控等解决策略，以期改善供电所规范化管理的现状。
