Abstract：
粉料输送系统是聚丙烯装置连接聚合单元与造粒单元的重要“桥梁”，若风送系统产生波动极易造成风送管线发生堵塞，会影响整个装置的平稳运行，甚至会造成反应装置的停车。本文主要通过分析聚丙烯装置粉料风送系统在近年来生产过程中出现波动的原因，总结出预防措施，从日常操作入手，探讨避免粉料管线堵塞的可行方案，从而提高装置运行的稳定性。
