    Abstract：

    调查了南昌市医院的微信小程序，发现其语言服务存在主界面的语言服务不够完善、网络问诊的语言服务效果不佳、语言服务的形式较少、针对特殊人群的语言服务较少等问题，进而提出了提高主界面的语言服务水平、提高网络问诊的语言服务水平、增加更多的语言服务形式、提供更加精准的语言服务等建议，研究结论对网络医院的开发与改进有一定的参考价值。
