    Abstract：

    乡村教育是培养人才的基础，也是实现乡村振兴不可缺失的一环，因此，本文以恩施州咸丰县清坪镇排峰坝村为例，以实地调研为依据，研究咸丰地区乡村教育事业的发展情况。挖掘乡村教育的内生动力，依托本土地域资源，加强特色课程培养方案，培养多层次多领域人才；家校合一，凝聚共同缔造合力等路径，激活人才引擎，赋能乡村教育。
