Abstract：
我国中学教师队伍正不断朝着年轻化、高学历化的方向发展，青年教师的增多虽然提高了中学教师队伍的活力，但是也带来了较多的问题，如青年教师学历较高但缺少教学经验、青年教师思想不够成熟、青年教师权益未得到有效保障等。要解决这些问题，就需要中学教师工会组织充分发挥自身的作用，加强对青年教师工作、生活的关注，以合适的方式、方法进入到青年教师的日常工作以及日常生活之中，促进青年教师的健康、全面发展。
