    Abstract：

    近年来许多国内外学者关于企业ESG表现对企业价值影响进行了相关研究，这些研究结果在为完善企业ESG建设与发展提供一定的理论基础的同时，也为ESG投资者进行投资提供了决策依据和选择。但是，关于企业ESG评级表现影响企业价值综述类论文较少，本文通过文献综述分析梳理了近年来的研究成果，并对企业未来的发展方向进行展望。
