Abstract：
高职院校辅导员建设是做好大学生思想政治教育的重中之重，做好高职院校辅导员绩效考核，充分发挥岗位津贴的绩效工资激励作用，科学、真实地评价辅导员工作的实际水平，是做好辅导员队伍建设，适应高职教育高质量发展的需要。以笔者所在的学院为例，探索总结已有的辅导员绩效考核经验做法。
