Abstract：
步入新时代，人们对于社会安定和法治发展有了更高的要求。学生作为推动社会发展前进的主力军，学校和社会应注重对其法治意识的培养。本文以高校思政课发展方向为讨论核心，尝试探讨研究新时代法治理论与高校思政教学融合发展的新路径，以期为高校思政课发展提供一定借鉴，在满足社会对公民法治意识要求的同时，促进新时代高校思政教育教学的发展。
