    在职业院校学生管理工作中，党建工作的价值突出，加强学生党建工作管理能力，能够服务于职业院校教育工作。新媒体环境阻碍了党建工作的发展，要求职业院校调整党建工作方式，加大创新与改革力度，从根本上提高职业院校的教育水平。本文研究中，基于新媒体环境，深入分析职业院校学生党建工作的创新问题，仅供参考。
