Abstract：
规范开展企业政工工作，加大纪检监察工作力度，是维系企业平稳运转的关键。基于此，本文先对新常态下背景下企业政工和纪检监察工作所面临的挑战进行分析，探究在新常态工作意识的引领下，企业开展政工和纪检监察工作的主要方向，并根据企业运转需求、管理需要以及降低贪污腐败事件发生原因等角度，探究新常态下背景下创新企业政工和纪检监察工作的有效途径，以供相关人员参考、借鉴，希望为提升企业政工质效，优化纪检监察工作提供和帮助。
