    Abstract：

    幼儿劳动素养的培养有利于其自身成长，同时也需要日积月累的教育和引导。在幼儿教学中，教师应认识到开展种植活动的重要性和必要性，带领幼儿一起翻耕土地、种植养护、收获分享等，循序渐进提高幼儿的劳动能力和劳动素养。基于此，本文先重点介绍了开展劳动教育的重要性，再提出几点开展种植活动的策略。
