    Abstract：

    随着我国教育课程改革的不断深入，传统的教学手段已经无法满足新时代学生全面发展的诉求。在新课程改革背景下，作为小学数学教师，应当及时转变教学思想，创新教学方法。讨论式教学是指在教师为完成一定的教学任务做好的预设与准备，启发学生就指定的问题主动发表见解的一种教学方式，这种教学方式能有效地培养学生的创新意识。
