Abstract：
声像档案一直以来与其他类型档案，如文字纸质档案相区别的依据在于其载体为胶片、磁性或光学材料，但随着数字技术的崛起，声像档案的表现形式同文字一样可以二进制代码表示，其概念界定受到影响。本文以此为切入点，探讨了声像档案内涵外延的具体内容，由此重新梳理了声像档案概念的理解。
