Abstract：
大学生心理健康课程作为专门为大学生进行系统的心理健康教育的必修课，对于大学生心理素养的提高、心理能力的培养、一般心理问题的解决起到了重要作用。本文就如何能更高质量地开展大学生心理健康教育的教学展开研究，通过文献研究法和对比分析法首先对大学生心理健康教育课程的教学现状进行分析，然后对大学生心理健康教育改革的必要性进行了探讨，最后针对当前出现的一系列问题，提出大学生心理健康课程的改革策略，以期为该领域提供一些启示。
