Abstract：
高校在培养创新型人才、提升人才创新能力方面发挥着重要的支撑作用。社会对高校人才培养质量评价的重要参考指标之一是大学生的创新能力。除了学生个体特征的影响外，大学生创新能力的水平还受到家庭教育环境、背景和学校人才培养质量的影响。随着社会竞争的不断加剧，各国都将培养创新型人才作为教育工作的重要目标。
