    Abstract：

    本文的研究从中小企业信贷金融风险的定义出发，对信贷金融风险进行全面细致分析，明确其内涵。在构建新评价指标体系和模型前，认真考察传统评价指标，分析其问题，在此基础上，构建全新的中小企业信贷金融风险评价指标体系，利用模糊数学理论，建立综合模糊评价模型，进行模糊综合评价。
