    Abstract：

    劳动是人类社会生存与发展的基础，在大学领域中，劳动是大学生实现理想抱负、创造财富的必经之路。“00后”大学生个别还存在劳动意识较弱的问题，缺乏面对困难的坚持和不怕困难的决心。为了解决这一问题，本文立足于“三全育人”教育理念，从全员育人的角度阐述培养大学生劳动意识的方法，旨在为高校劳动教育提供了一些有益的启示和建议。
