    Abstract：

    目前，处于高中阶段的学生大多正经历青春期，易出现逆反心理，不愿意学习。高中班主任不仅仅是学生学习引路人的角色，同时还是修正学生思想的园丁型人物。因此，作为每天与高中生接触最多的班主任，应摸清每一位学生的个性以及心理特点，制定相关计划，再按照计划进行分层教育，努力将学生打造成德行良好、学习努力的有用之才。
