    Abstract：

    随着现代电力系统的发展，电力营销计量装置在电力市场中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而，安全问题一直是制约其发展的主要因素之一。本文针对电力营销计量装置的安全运行问题，提出了一种基于综合监测的故障诊断策略。该策略可通过对电力营销计量装置的运行状态进行实时监测和分析，及时发现故障并对其进行修复，从而保证电力营销计量装置的安全运行。
