数智化供电所业务融合管理方法探析

Abstract：

本文首先从数智化供电所的概述、发展现状和供电所管理提升的意义入手，提出了实现数智化供电所业务融合管理的途径。通过采用数智化手段管“物”、云融合技术管“事”、工单绩效化精准管“人”、一平台＋一终端＋N应用的崭新模式，有效做到业务和管理紧密结合，提高了供电效率和服务质量，促进了供电所的转型升级。
