Abstract：
革命纪念馆一直是文化建设过程中不可缺少的重要载体之一，对红色资源挖掘与利用有一定作用，是传承红色文化的关键。在新时期下，红色文化所具有的革命内涵丰富，同时也成为衡量革命纪念馆展览成果的一个重要标准，是影响各时期红色文化传承的主要因素。将红色文化所具有的时代价值进行充分发挥，革命纪念馆必须带着前瞻性思维，立足时代发展去挖掘红色文化内涵并大力传承。基于此，文章从革命纪念馆红色文化时代价值入手，探讨红色文化价值的发挥，力求在时代发展契机下推动红色文化大力传承。
