    当前中职班主任队伍建设取得了明显的成效，但还存在着一些现实困境，主要是中职班主任工作事务多压力大、中职班主任队伍建设科学性不足、中职班主任队伍结构不够合理。对此，可从加强领导、规范准入、搭建平台、加强研训、优化管理、强化激励等路径，进一步优化中职班主任队伍建设，促进班主任专业化发展。
