Abstract：
“一带一路”倡议为我国电力企业的海外发展提供了难得的历史机遇。发电领域的海外项目投资，早期主要集中于大型燃煤发电项目。随着习近平总书记2021年9月在第七十六届联合国大会一般性辩论做出中国不再新建境外煤电项目的庄严承诺后，以风、光发电为代表的可再生能源项目便成为中国海外电力投资的最主要方向，项目发展模式也从以绿地为主并购为辅逐渐转变成绿地并购并举的模式。
