Abstract：

国有企业在党和国家事业发展中具有十分重要的地位，是推动国民经济发展的中流砥柱。在新时代社会主义市场经济条件下，国有企业工会作为党联系群众的重要支点，应主动认识新时代，适应新时代，探索新举措，突出工会主责主业，进一步找准国有企业工会工作围绕中心、服务大局的切入点和着力点，在新时代中体现新作为。
