新时代高职院校辅导员专业化发展路径探究

Abstract：
辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量，为更好的开展思想政治教育工作，要不断向专业化方向发展。目前辅导员专业化发展仍旧面临一些问题，包括支持政策的不完善，辅导员岗位的社会认同感和个人价值感不足以及辅导员自身专业能力的欠缺等。这些因素限制了辅导员专业化的发展。本文根据辅导员发展现状，提出具体解决方法：制定合理的培训政策和考核体系，完善顶层设计；加强辅导员岗位文化建设，提升职业认同感以及增加对科研能力的要求等，多手段全方位促进辅导员专业化发展。
