Abstract：
高校非常重视科学研究，激励教职工主动进行科学研究和科技创新，产生了较多的科研成果，为了协助科研人员的研究工作，需要加强科研管理，推进科研管理信息化建设。本文分析了高校科研管理信息化平台的作用和信息化建设存在的问题，对科研管理信息化平台的总体架构进行设计，主要研究科研管理信息化平台建设的策略，完善科研管理信息化平台的功能，为高校科研管理工作提供帮助，进一步提高高校的科研管理水平。
