Abstract：
近年，随着教育信息化的迅速发展，信息化教学手段日渐融入日常教学，利用在线课程有效进行教学，促进信息技术与课程教学的深度融合，现在精品在线课程建设已经成了教学改革，提高教学质量、信息技术与教育教学相结合的重要手段，本文以大学英语在线精品课程建设为例，探讨该课程的建设思路和实践过程，对高职院校大学英语在线课程建设做做一次有意义的探索。
